Thank you for shopping at iTech Training Center.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of iTech Training Center.

-If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
-Refund requests that do not meet the criteria detailed below will not be considered.
-iTech Management Consultancy and Training LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of insufficient registrations or in the event that presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
-Course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and payment has been received in full.
-In the event of such a cancellation, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be offered full refund or, the option to attend a future event.
-No refunds will be processed for courses / trainings that have already commenced.
-Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Refund for Classroom Training

You may cancel an order for Classroom Training within 30 days of the original purchase of the product/service and no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled event in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees by contacting us as detailed below:

Refunds towards cancellations initiated by a customer may take up to 30 days from the receipt of the request for refund.

Refund for Live E-Learning / Online Training

The following policy applies to all Live E-Learning / Online courses

You may cancel an order for a live E-Learning / Online Training no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees by contacting us as detailed below:

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund

Please be advised that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Course Transfer Requests

Course transfer requests must be submitted in writing to trainings@itechholding.com no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event in order to be processed. All course transfers must be completed with three (3) months from the date of the course transfer request.

Digital Products

We will issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:

  1. Product not delivered (if you haven’t received the delivery email from us)
  2. Download issues (if you experience problems while downloading the product)
  3. Major defects. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
